Difference btw LG B9 and C9 using MadVR?

I'm doing a complete upgrade on my home theater and can't decide what OLED to get. If I use MadVR with a good GPU (let's say a RTX 2070 super), will the C9 with better A9 processor have ANY advantages over the cheaper B9, since all upscaling and other picture processing is done by the HTPC and not the tv's hardware?

madVr isn't going to impact those smaller TV screens like it does larger ones and imo, which OLED processor to use with madVr is the least of your worries.
