Thanks to ebo, I have the second HDHR4 installed (on the XP HTPC)using the 2014 driver he included in his list.
Indeed, doing an upgrade of that one produced the same dialogue box as the 2014 driver/utility
I had found previously, so I used my third party un-installer to remove traces and re-installed his
2014 from the list, not only that, it detected the first unit's tuners bought back in May running on the W7 machine.
Now I'm still RTFM-ing the CW_EPG manual for an answer, because in the Options window, using the scan button
in the upper left pane, I can't yet get CW_EPG to detect the HDHR4 connected to the open Ethernet port, even though,
with the room lights off, I can see the HDHR4's port green LED flickering.
ATM, if you read the Remotecentral posts I've linked to, ATSC 3.0 is coming next spring to my area, so wondering if
SiliconDust has plans to catch up with hardware.

LTSB now called LTSC for service channel.
but because of the closure of the old kat, a double registration is required, but
it links your torrent registration to your community account. A little confusing
for new members, but transparent to us older ones and to those newbies that go slow
and take one step at a time...details are in the announcement threads.
