Question Replay Activation

Does anyone know how/if a replay can be activated? I am still a ReplayTV fan and user (although I have a cable co. DVR as well). I bought one recently on ebay and after about 6 weeks it is locking me out and telling me to activate. Any answers/thoughts are appreciated.

What model?

If it's a network attached unit and ReplayTV download isn't activating it, you can try pinging the LaHo servers.. then go back to ReplayTV... that should activate it.

try using the 243zones menu. as bob said u probly need ethernet because many tel numbers no longer work. press 243 then the zones key on the remote from the live tv screen. scroll down the menu to net connect and press select. after its done ur good to go. ive done this recently on 4k and 5k rtvs. on 4k where u only see a blue sreen just do the procedure from there---d
