IR Extender Issues

Hi, I was hoping for some input into an issue I have with an IR extender. I have two screens that use Binary B-520-rx-330-ir and B-520-tx-330-ir receivers and transmitters to receive video, and one screen uses an IR extender to send signals back to the source (cable box), through the Binary system. I'm trying to get the second screen to also work with IR, but am having difficulty finding an extender that will work. I've tried using two other extenders, but they don't work. However, when I use the extender from the first screen, it works, so I'm sure the issue is finding an appropriate IR extender. I've attached images of the working extender.

Could anyone provide any insight into why this particular extender works, and how I could find another or similar extender? For the situation in question, I'm using a Cox cable remote URC-8820-CISCO with both televisions, if that helps to find an answer.

Thank you in advance for any replies.
