Been a cordcutter for over a year now. Own a Channel Master DVR+ and a Roku 2.

We've been a virtual cord-cutting family for a while. My wife and son watch Netflix almost exclusively. I have an antenna for local TV. I watch most of my TV shows and movies thru a Raspberry Pi 3 running Kodi.

My wife refuses to actually cut the cord though. She wants to keep the cable DVR so that she can record TV shows to watch on her schedule. I have repeatedly shown her that the RPi3/Kodi can play the latest episodes of any TV show she's currently recording on the DVR, but it doesn't matter. She's comfortable with the DVR, so it stays and damn the cost...
