Just curious, for 3 seat sofa configurations, does the middle seat recline? Where are the controls located?
On all style groups except for Streamline and Escape where the controls are on the cup holder, and where we do not offer armless pieces, the controls will be on the right side of the seat (as you are sitting in the chair), and you would need to slide your hand down between the seats to push the button.

On the new Landmark-1021 the armless piece will have a power control panel with all control buttons also located on the right side of the seat.

The Escape-1019 Evolution sofa is one 3 seat piece with 2 outside recliners exactly the same as Escape-1091 recliner, and a stationary middle seat that can be converted into a console by folding its back. when you do so, you will have a built in tray cable with two cup holders, power station with 2 power outlets and USB ports, and flexible detachable reading LED lights.

Nice room. I specifically like the BLACK screen wall that creates floating screen effect.

I have them in leather. They are comfortable to sit. Regarding durability only time will tell.

I am sure that Allen who started this thread and bought ones of the first Lagoon-1011 recliners in 2011 can provide a feedback.

As a matter of fact he reached out to me recently. He moved to a new house and wanted to buy chairs again.

Hi Steve,

Could you show us pictures of your beautiful chairs? I’m trying to convince my wife on these stunning chairs. She’s unsure about the diamond patterns but I think they are very elegant especially in brown. Thanks!

I just ordered 6 of the Landmark chairs in brown leather from Roman. Can't wait to get them in, but it will be a few months before my room is ready. Roman is kindly holding them in his warehouse until my room is ready.

The waiting is definitely the hardest part!

hieyemtim,

Steve's room is not ready, so we are holding the chairs for him in our warehouse for now.

Here are some pictures of the chairs in CHOCOLATE BROWN leather.

Thanks Rsh!

Do you have any photos (not renders) of the brown chairs? My wife wanted to see more of them. I’m trying to convince her. She thinks she wants a darker brown or a different color like a tan leather or orange. sigh. At least she doesn’t mind our two giant SVS subwoofers in our living room. I have to give her that. Thanks again Rsh

This is a very new style group, and only have a few customers who purchase them in brown, which BTW is beautiful marbleized chocolate brown. I will reach out to them, and see if they can post some pictures here.

The espresso brown or beige can be done as well. I can check if the orange color is available as well. Any of these would be a custom order that will take 10-12 weeks to get.

The espresso brown is out stock color that we use on all other other style group. I am attaching a picture of Jive-1013s in this color for your reference

Roman, did you mean 10-12 weeks on the custom order?

Just got the Landmark chairs in a black 3 sofa configuration. Roman was very responsive and answered all my questions. First impressions are that these are very nice material and workmanship. The boxes were a bit beaten up, but only one very small scuff on a location that can't really be seen. I've never had headrest or lumbar powered chairs and they are really nice to use. The chairs are very comfortable, not too soft and controls are intuitive. Highly recommend them!

woodboss83,

You may want to consider adding a modular armrest for the loveseat just incase you want to have the separation between the seats and have another placeholder for your elbow while using the loveseat.

Looks very nice! Much like mine. For my money the Lagoons are the most aesthetically pleasing of Roman's offerings.

The first thing I did when I set up my movie room was paint the screen wall black. I agree it's a great look, but I have speakers in front in mine.

Philip,

I am glad you like the Lagoon-1011 chairs, but everything is subjective, and that is why have 7 different style groups to choose from.

Roman,

Are the dimensions on the style sheets pretty much on the money? I ask because I want my riser to “hug” the front row of seats.
