Need advice on seating

So, I have my projector and screen, still need to prep room(clear it out and paint it), but I am having trouble deciding on what to do for seating. I've decided that I want two rows, and will likely do 3 home theater recliners in the front, and a riser in the back with a couch we already have on it.

So, here are some options I am considering. These first few are from craigslist in my area. If any of you could help identifying the seats that would be great.

1 - http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hn...754273231.html

2 - http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hn...736531268.html

3 - http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hn...716768912.html

The third option there I wouldn't need to use a couch in the back. I guess I was just hoping anyone could identify those and let me know if they looked good.

The other way I've thought of going is buying new/ordering some seats, as you don't have to worry about other people's abuse or transporting it. I found two options from a website called 4seating.com. Has anyone had experience with them? I haven't been to this section of the forum much, so I'm not familiar with all the online retailers. The options are as follows:

1 - http://4seating.com/seatcraft-theate...r-seating.html

2 - http://4seating.com/theater_seating_Clearence.htm It's the first option in the clearance section, the argonaut seating row of 3.

The price for each of these is attached with screenshots, discounted by some black friday codes I found.

Now, I don't want to be getting seats that wear out quickly just to save a bit of money, but would like to not spend a lot either. Has anyone had experience with either of the seats from 4seating.com? They say they are actual leather, but I want it to be good leather that holds up.

Any other options I'm missing? I've looked at costco but they don't have a good selection and most of the time don't have any at all. I pretty much am hoping to get 3 good quality seats with cupholders for $1000 or less. If that's unreasonable let me know and I will have to make adjustments somewhere.

Thanks for reading!

I agree with Big on making a lowball offer on #2 .

Make sure you have room for a second row before deciding. You didn't mention size of room, but platform usually has to be 6-7 ft at a minimum.

For Costco, show some patience. They usually have a big furniture offer just after Christmas. I found their theater chairs to be OK, but I bought Berklines myself when the time came. Berklines are not an option these days, but there are other brands. You should also definitely check with Roman at rtheater.com
