Octane Flex HR Series

Just pulled the trigger on 2 Octane Flex HR Series chairs from theaterseatstore.com
Should take delivery in 10-14 days. Spoke with Nick and the process went very smoothly

I still have yet to receive any shipping information, thus far am not too pleased with how long this is taking.

Call Sally Fill at 888-602-7328. She is in charge of everything related with post sales/shipping/warranty at TheaterSeatStore and Octane Furniture. You may don't know yet, but TheaterSeatStore and Octane Furniture are the same company.

Received the chairs today, they are pretty heavy and luckily the delivery guys helped bring them inside. The boxing job was done well, lots of protection for the chairs during their journey. The LED lights are kind of cool but I quickly turned them off. The chairs have really nice low back support and the head rest is nice but I'd like to be able to extend it out more as I don't want to use a pillow to . Initially the seat seemed fairly narrow compared to my old seats but once I spent about 10 minutes in, it became very comfortable. The leg support is also comfortable, I'm mixed about the headrest but will update after I've spent more time in it

Wondering if you could provide an update, I am looking at these too, especially because they can be purchased with a built in riser.

I am enjoying them, the motor is quiet when rising/lowering but had some weird electrical issue happened where the LED lights won't shut off anymore. The seat seems to have sagged a bit. I'm enjoying it but after all the theater chairs I've bought online, I don't want to buy anymore without actually parking my back end in it. It's not quite what they promised, but I guess that's the sales game
