I noticed they had a nice leather with vinyl match reclining sofa in stock and on the floor today for $999. Right where the Christmas decorations were a week ago.

Did you happen to notice if it matched the recliners? Powered headrest?

Does the leg rest operate independent of the rest of the recliner? I like to keep the chair back straight while I extend the leg rest.

Bummer!

Would it be possible to get a picture showing how far the chair back must recline to get the leg rest fully extended?

That was the first adjustable headrest option I can recall from Costco, You may want to look at the options from Rtheaters.com and HTmarket.com

A long shot, but if anyone has one of these chairs they want to sell and are in the DC/Northern VA area, please let me know.

PSA - Costco has these back in stock as of today (I checked yesterday and no dice) but at the list $599 price. I'm sure they will be back on sale at some point.

https://www.costco.com/Evan-Top-Grai...100457546.html

I don't need one now, but thought I'd post just in case anyone has been waiting for them. I'm very happy with my 3.. IMHO hard to beat, especially on sale. I agree with ipca204, powered headrests rule!

yep, saw these were back live on the costco website yesterday. Still very happy with mine. Hopefully they will drop to the $499 again for the new people..

Took a look at Abbyson Living's current direct and Costco catalog of powered recliners and it is noticeably vacant of leather home theater style recliners with shared armrests. In the past they always had a handful of models that would go on sale from time to time, they appear to be gone. You can still find their single chair bonded/gel leather designs at Walmart, Wayfair and other sites.

I would rather sit in a lawn chair than to piss away money on "bonded leather"....The only way I would consider it is if I could purchase it from costco, so that when it does decide to disintegrate, I could return it for a full refund...
