How high for TV mount

My TV is Vizio P65-F1 and the mount is from Monoprice
https://www.monoprice.com/product?c_...seq=1&format=2
I need the bottom of the TV to be at least 36" from the floor 39" would be better.
I will be placing speakers below the TV (only option and they are 36")
Only want to mount this once so I really need to be sure on how high for the mount (drilling holes)

Lay the TV face down on a soft blanket/mattress and dry-fit the mount. Measure how far the screw holes are from the bottom of the TV

I decided to hire a guy to do it, the wife and I would end up in divorce before we could complete the project, and she would end up with the HT setup
