Home Theater Seating

Hello,

I am searching for a three chair home theater seating. I have reviewed threads on HT Design, as well as Valencia. The HT model I was looking at was Southampton and the Valencia was Tuscany. I am looking for some feedback from those who have experience with regards to these respective products. It appears the Valencia has higher grade leather, but that could just be marketing. Any input on my selection would be greatly appreciated. I hate not being able to sit in these prior to buying, but doesn't appear to be an option for me due to a need to travel.

Thanks for your help!

Ted

If you are in PA, and it is not far from Bridgewater, NJ 08807, you are welcome to come and try our Fusion Collection Theater Seating recliners - just another option to consider.

I am owner of HT Design, you might check the HT Design thread here

You should also consider Hamilton and some of the power headrest models like Pembroke and Sheffield, very popular. The southampton though is our most popular seat as it's universally comfortable for all body types based on it's simple design. As far as leather grade ours is excellent, we can send a sample just email me at sales "at" htmarket "dot" com. Some sites though are playing games on leather grades like renaming them a higher number, a higher number does not mean it's a higher grade, it's called marketing tricks and deceptive advertising. The number is just a made up sku for the leather not a grade system that's universal. So you better off getting samples and comparing. The leather grade we use are top grain and it's been around since 2004, it's very soft, durbable and lasts a long time. Our seats are built very well underneath, check our videos we flip seats over to show them off, no other web site shows off the underneath of a chair. We have nothing to hide as all the components of our build are top notch.

Alan Hutchinson

Thanks to both of the manufacturers/companies for their input. I will reach out.

Anyone that can provide me some experience with these two. One of my challenges is that I need a Walnut or Dark Brown leather, not black.

Thanks!

We have brown leather in southampton reach out to us for a sample, it's actually darker in person than the photos as flash on photos makes it appear a bit lighter on the web.

I am curious if you had chosen a model yet. I too am looking at the Valencia Tuscany one but there isn’t too much customer feedback out there.
