Wall outlet > Conditioner > UPS ???

Just the next step of my mind running circles with my plan...should I have both an UPS and a power conditioner or UPS only for my rack?

why a UPS? I have one for my projector circuit, it is to cool down the bulb during an outage (frequent). The rest of my gear I just protect from surges, when I lose power I have no intention of trying to run my system on a battery.

I run a SurgeX SX-1115-RT in my rack covering the AVR, amps, and blu player and then a Furmann rack mounted unit (Cannot remember the model right now) for the small stuff like Hue lightstrip, Harmony remote, network switch, FireTV, satellite box, etc. As said above, an APC pure sinewave UPS is used for the projector and VR computer.

Theater: JVC RS540U, 2.35:1 142" screen, Onkyo RZ1100, Panasonic UB820, Outlaw Audio M2200 Monoblock x3, Klipsch RF7II, RC64II, RS62II, 5800CII x4 Atmos, PSA V3611 Subwoofer x2.
2 Channel: Parasound P6, Parasound A23+, Rega Planar 6 with Ortofon 2M Bronze, Klispch La Scala II, Behringer NX6000D, B&C 21DS115-4 powered Devastator V1 x2.
