Posting a picture of your issue would be helpful, but I can tell you that if you did not report "mishandling" of the TV during shipment (and of course there has to be "provable" evidence of such), Beach Camera will refer you to LG for service.
I purchased one of the 55C6 "New/Open Box" eBay special deals and received a box that was in "perfect" condition (including the Styrofoam internal packaging). The first night, it performed flawlessly. The next morning, I turned it on to be greeted by a full vertical row of stuck/dead pixels. I immediately contacted Beach Camera to explain that I've apparently received a defective set. Instead of offering a replacement, they were quick to refer me to LG for "warranty" service stating that was their "Television Policy".
I can't, for the most part, blame Beach Camera (as the cost of shipping is on them), but having only 6 hours on the set, I expected something more from an "authorized" re-seller. Best Buy, on the other hand, would have replaced the set, no questions asked. Of course, I would have paid MUCH more for that convenience.
Fortunately, for me, running a YouTube "Pixel Fix" got me going and I haven't needed to get LG involved. In the future, however, I will make myself FULLY aware of a seller's "replacement" policy for a defective product.
Hope this helps...
