If it's a minor problem, and LG won't fix it, then you might be able to do a "change your mind" return. For online purchases, you have to rely on the seller's return policy. Time limit, shipping, and restocking fees.
Anybody know the "return" percentages for LG OLEDs? My guess is about 1 in 10,000, excepting "change of mind".
