Gaaad, that really is SO bad. Only thing I can think of that's worse would maybe be 877 KARS FOR KIDS or Sugar Sugar by the Archies. Possibly Copacabana. And - It Never Rains In California. Basically all of Tony Orlando and Dawn's catalogue. I'd say Achy Breaky Heart, but Daryl would probably dig it. Oh, 4 Non Blondes "What's Up" - I'd kill myself and save Negan the trouble. Actually, there a ton of it.

I have to say that Negan is one of the least interesting and poorly written bad guy characters I've ever seen. Some of what comes out of his mouth is laughable. What a waste of screen time.

I find it hard to believe that with a group of heavily armed individuals that someone hasn't taken Neegan out. With how bad he treats people, how he is always degrading and mocking them. Surely someone would say enough and pull their gun and kill him. So many opportunities, especially when he walks around with just a bat. Sure they said its because he got them to where they are but I doubt, even with that, these people would tolerate that level of abuse and someone else would want to step up and be the leader.

I agree. I haven't been entertained, or even horrified, by Negan. He just wears on me. Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a really good actor but even he hasn't been able to breathe life into this preposterous cartoon monster of a character. I am realizing to my disappointment that the show doesn't do much for me anymore. Seven seasons is too many for most series and it seems to me right now that The Walking Dead is not the exception that proves the rule. Something is going to have to happen to reengage my attention very soon or I will be out.

Exactly - the problem is that he's written and acted so completely over the top that it's hard to take any of his scenes seriously, just like it's hard to accept that everyone has to eat sh*t because of it. Especially Dwight.

It has reached the point for me that I'm leaning toward saving it as a binge watch sometime when there aren't so many good choices available.

Each season, it seems to take me further into the week before I watch that week's episode.

If Negan is still breathing come season finale, I'll probably re-evaluate continuing with the show.

It's to the point I'd almost rather they go back on the road instead of trying to find sanctuary, only to come under attack again.

That's not a bad idea. That way you could really edit down episodes like this last one with the FF button and not feel like you waited a week for "that?" The Daryl story is cool and all, it just doesn't need an. entire. episode.

I'm fairly confident Negan will be with us for some time .. and, you are right .. I feel the same way about "Game of Thrones", although many would apparently be happy if it went on for 20 years .. there just comes a point where things get thinner and thinner .. the really great shows end on a high note, leaving fans wanting more, but poof, they are gone .. and that's usually a good thing in the long run ..

At least the Game of Thrones folks have had the dignity to tell us next season will be the show's last. No such promises from The Walking Dead bunch have been forthcoming, nor are they likely to be.

If you think that, then how in the heck did Hitler, Stalin, Hussein, Mussolini, Jong-il and son, and on and on, stay in power? By fear and intimidation, not only for the individual’s life, but that of his/her family and loved ones as well.

the difference also is that GoT is based on a series of books which is set to conclude after 2 more books...the TV show already has burned through most of the books except for the final one...George RR Martin has already told the showrunners how the story ends so they can write the ending...Walking Dead is based on a series of graphic novels/comics and in general they tend to go on forever...the ratings for Walking Dead are clouding the judgment of the guys in charge at AMC...they don't want to set an end date as long as the series is doing crazy rating numbers...I think the show is already getting stale even with Negan's introduction...still a decent show but not on the same level as other shows in the upper echelon of TV (The Wire, Sopranos, Deadwood, Game of Thrones etc)

What happened to "Two more seasons"?

If D & D wanna run through all the important stuff that is yet to come, their goal of completely ruining "A Song Of Ice And Fire" would be fullfilled - they betrayed G.R.R. Martin.

I don't think so. D & D's ending will have nothing in common with the real ending.

I think the endings will be the same...it's just some of the details and stories leading up to it that will be different on the TV show...and yes there are 2 more shortened seasons of GoT (next season is 7 episodes and the final season is rumored to be 6 episodes)

Respectfully disagree. I love hating him, and really look forward to seeing his story play out in upcoming episodes. He's over the top - that's what I like, it's different. Ezekiel is too, at least on the face of things, but in a totally different way.

Sure they said its because he got them to where they are but I doubt, even with that, these people would tolerate that level of abuse and someone else would want to step up and be the leader.
That's what you'd think - but I wonder why the loyalty? Is there a compelling reason or not?

Love it! Though the last episode was fairly odd, even for Z-Nation, at least I thought it was.

Yawn-This show has devolved into a predictable formula driven, slow, drawn out money making franchise they are milking.
New bad guy, new location. I'm tired of this show.
