Nice. Definitely a very promising season. But for THIS year, Arizona wins the conference and cruises through a relatively easy SB for their first title. Lock it down.

Totally.

At the same time, Manning is a 39yo gazillionaire with four neck surgeries who chooses to keep playing football. To me, it is not implausible that he is seeing this doctor for something other than "holistic therapies" (sorry I have hard time reconciling Mr Papa John with anything "holistic", which to me equals "unproven stuff that don't work"). I'm skeptical about the source; I'm also skeptical about the denial.

Withholding judgement doesn't mean withholding critical thinking. We're not deciding anybody's life or livelihood here. Innocent till proven guilty needs not apply.

Other than the obvious, captin, something's not quite right about the easy availability of J Goofball videos. No worry about his crappy dabs because he rarely has the opportunity for one when on the field.

Agreed, I don't get it.

I can only come up with 2 possibilities: he truly doesn't give a F*#k or he is the stupidest kid on the planet.
Either way, it doesn't speak well of him.

I've never seen a playoff scenario quite like this one:

Indianapolis can clinch the AFC South division title with:
1) IND win + HOU loss + IND ties HOU in strength of victory tiebreaker and clinches strength of schedule tiebreaker over HOU
(Note: IND ties HOU in strength of victory tiebreaker and clinches strength of schedule tiebreaker over HOU if BOTH of the following occurs:
• a) all of the following teams win: BAL, ATL, BUF, DEN, MIA
• b) OAK win or tie + PIT win or tie as long as both teams don't tie.
If Houston and Indianapolis end up tied in strength of victory and tied in strength of schedule, the teams would then go to the next tiebreaker, which is best combined ranking among AFC teams in points scored and points allowed in all games. Houston currently has a combined AFC ranking of 17 and Indianapolis is at 25.)

It's a good thing he can make a living playing football because I'm not too sure that college education took hold.

Rams' William Hayes: 'I don't believe dinosaurs existed'
by Kimberly John Dec 29, 3:23 PM

William Hayes has a bone to pick with archaeologists about the existence of dinosaurs.

According to teammate and friend Chris Long, St. Louis Rams defensive end Hayes doesn't believe dinosaurs ever existed.

"He thinks archaeologists place bones underground like a parent would place Easter eggs," Long said earlier this season, according to ESPN's Nick Wagoner.

"They just planted them. It's some large conspiracy. He does not believe that dinosaurs ever existed and he thinks that mermaids are real. I love dinosaurs, so we have a big point of contention."

Hayes went on to explain the beliefs in his own words:

"No, I don't believe dinosaurs existed," Hayes said last month. "Not even a little bit. With these bones, it's crazy because man has never seen a dinosaur, we can agree on that, right? But we know exactly how to put these bones together?

"I don't understand how (Long) just believes in dinosaurs. That's just crazy to me. We know they died. We know what a T-Rex eats? That don't sound crazy to you? We have never seen a dinosaur before but we know exactly where every single rib (was) and which rib goes where. That's crazy to me."

But mermaids? Now that's a concept the defensive end can get behind.

"I believe there is more of a chance you will find a mermaid than you will a dinosaur, because we find different species in the water all the time."

So no trips to the museum for this pair.

- With h/t to UPROXX
