Probably the best episode to date, but still I have to wonder ...I'm watching this while Homeland is stacking up on the dvr, what's wrong with me??

I have to admit I wasn't paying attention to the plot while only half watching the episode, lol.

It's probably just me but I do have one problem with Sullivan Stapleton. I find much of his speech seems positioned somewhere between mumbling and clear enunciation.

I like this show a lot.

But then again I'm not an uber critic and just enjoy what I enjoy. Life is complicated, challenging and requires plenty of brain cells just to get through the day. I watch TV and either enjoy a program or not. No analysis needed.

Oh, I think it's Person of Interest with tattoo's replacing the computer.

With no Morena Baccarin nor Damien Lewis, I quickly lost interest in Homeland, and it was easy to give up Showtime.

I got behind on the show and finally got caught up. The show is just okay. The thing that keeps me coming back is if Jane will find out who she really is. But it will probably take some time before that happens. Some things are pretty good and some are downright silly. Not sure how much longer I will stick with it.

I like the show and can overlook some of the complaints others have about it, but I'm having a hard time with the fact that these tattoos "predict" the future. How would someone know far in advance to create these tattoos that lead them somewhere at a specific time? Honestly, this aspect makes the show feel like Minority Report meets The Da Vinci Code.

They are planning it and the terror group/person/etc. committed to that date (ala 9/11).

That would make no sense though. Why would the person/group who are planning each attack put a roadmap on her to lead to being stopped? That would make them the world's dumbest criminals.

So far to me it's been entertaining to watch. Realistic, not so much. FWIW, I liked The Da Vinci Code movie.

I didn't mean the groups put road maps on her, good gracious that would be stupid. I am saying, someone figured out what these groups were doing/planning (like we figure things out for timelines, etc.) and they tattooed these things on her. Perhaps some shadowy govt. organization (since all these shows have one). Since it might be that they are not all the same group doing/causing things, then they figured out multiple things that are going to happen at certain times/days.

Or perhaps they are using her to initiate these things to kick them off to make them happen and they are not really here to help (whoever tattooed her).

They are probably tattooed in such a way that your eye is drawn to only one at a time until it is solved, you know, magic ink and all.

I still think it would have been a lot easier if they just sent an email to the FBI instead of taking the time and energy of tatooing poor Jaime.

Imagine her on the beach in a bikini. People would think she was a female member of the Yakuza.

I agree. I like the fact that they've introduced how a single image in the tattoos can contain more than a single clue to something (which increases the longevity of the premise) but it doesn't make any sense that they just happen to catch a clue to something that's going on that very day. In reality, wouldn't all these events be crossing over and happening sporadically? The odds don't seem that high that you'd find all the clues to everything before they actually started playing out.
