Thought it was odd how everyone but one person had the same kind of wound in the same spot, what the heck is going on to cause this on their thighs?

I forgot to record and just watched it on the CBS web site.

Force commercial views were my punishment for memory lapse. It's free though and pix quality is not too bad.

The part when Jeff says lets move him to someplace clean. That had nothing to do with clean anything, it was to pull Neil from the game and then tell the players he was leaving.

Seemed like a new, more cautious approach. Was there a law suit just prior?

Then again, maybe this has happened before, but not included in the broadcast?

When a player is removed after such an exam, of course the footage leading up to that has to be shown.

Anyway, an interesting and sad turn.

The wife and I were speculating that some critter is biting these folks and that is where the infection is coming from. Tai's came from scraping his leg when he was tree climbing. With most of the men being unlikable I have a feeling one of the women might win if they can get to the end.

Both James and Penner were pulled from Fans vs Favorites for infections near a joint. James had an infection near the joint of a finger and Penner had an infection near his knee.

Other than making fun of Deb, I am losing interest in this season. No real villain and no hot women. Why else watch?

Did anyone else think Deb looked hot in the last episode? She got her sexy on and came on to Nick. I am rooting for Tai.

I've paid for my sins. We're even!

What is so hard about doing a little preventative care by giving each camp a tube of antibacterial ointment for just in case infections that "Are" prone to occur in that type of climate and conditions. That way they are taking one small step in not endangering life and one having to leave the game because of a small untreated wound. I think I'm going over to the CMT network and watch the more civilized show, Redneck Island.

Based on Jeffs' comments about "taking this place seriously", and the way Yao has healed, I suspect that they DO have Band-aids and Ointments.

I just watched all the seasons of survivor from amazon prime and
have one question .........

Why is it at the end of the votes for the million dollars , they never show
who voted for who ?????
During tribal , they usually show this, but for the most important vote of the
show , the producers decide not to show who picks who for the Million during
credits ?

Doesn't make sense to me.........

I know I could go on internet and search, but I just watched all seasons back
to back and noticed this ....

On the live reunion show Jeff has occasionally asked who voted for who with a raise of the hand. And they don't show it on the regular show because then the suspense wouldn't be there as you wait for the reveal if you know who voted for who. If you are trying to say they are being deceptive, not possible, they all talk and it would of come out that the winner wasn't who they voted for.

I don't know how much good a topical ointment would do against the puss filled boils some displayed .. I was a Combat Medic in the Military 100 years ago .. .. we would always lance and drain ..

Yeah, Lol, once its reached the puss filled boil stage, I would guess a topical is a bit too late. I'm, thinking more at the onset stage of a scratch, nick or bug bite. Respect to you for your Combat Medic life.

They should do it after the reveal of the winner when they go into commercial, show the votes, would take an extra 10 seconds at most.

Less Survivor band or cut one of those hurting audience interviews (ESP the kids) by 10 secs. Done and done.

This is a good point. I've noticed with every reunion show they seem to throw in more filler with those audience interviews.

No comments about them getting booze and food as part of the merge? A couple of them definitely seemed a bit buzzed in the interview segments. Think someone even said something about having too much rum. So much for the old days of actually looking around for food, I guess.

Yeah, it's turned in to a more social game instead of survivor skills.

considering how many people have been sent home or nearly sent home, I'd say the survivor part is back. although, the social part has always interested me more. the politicking and scrambling before jury votes is more entertaining/interesting than the challenges or camp life(building shelter, etc).

you can get buzzed a lot quicker with lack of sleep and not much food in your system!

If you want survival skills, watch Naked & Afraid. Those people take a real beating most episodes.

Be aware that these boxes run a variant of Linux and DO NOT support HDCP!!!
This means no support for HD on most streaming services. I wish I would have known this beforehand....

Not enough booze on the planet to make Debbie hot.

have to keep it interesting...if it went the way Nick and a few said the next three weeks would be predictable if the three never had immunity. The challenge sucked...we knew almost instantly Aubry's team was doomed when they started. Props to Tai for stamina and invoking worse life events. Most people on the show are in survival mode like most of us in reality...we have come to a place where we know and want to survive...but then there is another level...extreme survival and it has less to do with stamina, although it is and more to do with mental stamina. A few of us have it and know what it is and what it takes. And Neal looks a lot like some actor...just can't recall..British I think.
