No recent update here. Running software 0x11b2, installed on 5/10. I am seeing none of the issues you mention.

Simple answer is check Menu -> System Info screen; another way - look at redh site, where FW monitor does show latest versions for each model.

On my projector the 4K picture is much flatter in color than the HD regular broadcast. I have tried setting to HDR on the projector and the picture becomes over saturated. There is an HLG setting on the projector but that didn't do anything. Any suggestions?

I'm going to try it on my OLED and see what that does.

Hey, no need to brag... Some of us are still stuck with the KS8000 LOL

I wish they would've had Tigers group be the featured group for the HDR channel.

The KS8000 is no slouch after three years....especially after they fixed the HLG over HDMI issue.

The Masters 4K was much better (has been since it was first broadcast) ...it almost looks like the broadcast is being done with same network HD cameras, then upscaled....

Agree 100%. I felt like I was there. Much better than the Masters because they followed the groups all 18 holes. Switching between the broadcast version and the 4K version was like night and day.

They followed all 18 holes but much of that was just upscaled 1080, at least the masters it was all true 4k cameras being used, albeit only 5 holes. Most of the true 4k cameras being used for the open seem to be coming from the camera towers behind the greens, but yeah still much better than the all 720p broadcast from FOX!

Anyone having trouble accessing any of the 4K channels today? When I tune to 106 to watch the US Open - I get a message saying that "I'm watching the maximum number of 4K programs - would I like to search for this program in another format". I've reset my receiver and just got off the phone with customer support. They were unable to resolve the problem and said they would get back to me.

Did u try unplugging both the mini and the regular genie, and plugging both back in after about 20 seconds? Happened to me before and that fixed it

What device were you running the app from? Was the stream labeled as 4k within the app? I saw the articles about Fox streaming 4k for the Women's World Cup on Apple TV and Roku but couldn't find an article saying the same for the US Open. I'm hoping 4k support comes to their Fire TV apps soon.

The regular Fox OTA (720p) channel looked surprisingly good for the World Cup and US Open yesterday. I assume it's because both broadcasts were originating in 4K. Wish they would do that for all their sports broadcasts.
