Lost all audio and video when connecting into receiver.

Hello all. Going bananas here. Trying to set up things right. I have been tryi g to set up what I thought to be a simple system. I have an Arris cable box, a PS4, a samsung Q65F tv and a Pioneer Elite sc-lx502. 5.1 speakers. When I hook cable box and ps4 into receiver I get arc problems usually after 1 day so I decided to reset my tv and receiver and try again. Now every time I try to add my receiver to my tv I only get a blue screen for the cable. No audio or video. But the ps4 works fine. Going nuts .lol

If everything is directly connected to the AVR, ARC is not an issue. Although, it is a good a idea to disable ARC/CEC functions on the devices.

Anyway, check all HDMI/video settings in the Arris box, AVR and TV.
Also, disconnect all HDMI cables from all devices. Unplug from wall power for a few minutes.
Reconnect HDMI from Arris box to AVR.
Reconnect HDMI from AVR to TV.
Do not reconnect anything to the PS4 yet.

Plug in TV, Arris box and AVR.

Power up devices one at a time.
Give it a whirl.
