Minnesota Energy Code in ceiling speakers backboxx?

I am looking to build a house, and I hear new energy codes in MN require a speaker back box to maintain the moisture barrier etc. I am looking at the below, but it looks thing and I want to make sure it won't resonate or make my speakers sound weird. their FAQ says they recommend the magnet touch the back of the box, which My fear is that would cause some buzzing or vibration, but they say it doesn't...

I just wanted to get all of your take on it too, and see if there are other products that are similar or better. I like this because its more universal, since I don't know if I am doing 5.25", 6.5", or 8" speakers.

you could always use spray glue and glue some soft felt to the inside of the box that touches the magnet

Or, you just wait until you move in a put in the speaker and call it a day. You can also buy any number of speakers which are plenum rated and come with a back box built into the speaker itself.
