Needing better quality sound for home theater turned klounge

Hello, if I could pick your brain for a minute.
Here is my layout of my current home karaoke setup. Looking for something to replace my receiver to allow for a better sound. I have overkill acoustic treatments in the space but have to crank it and the sounds degrades the more I increase. Have to run mixer levels it 60% gains and receiver at 70% to avoid hissing or feedback. But otherwise sounds decent. Thinking my receiver just doesn't cut it and need more power to the speakers. Would also be nice to be able to control pitch on certain Mics as well. If $$$ were no object...what would you do?

How loud is loud in your space? You can use an App on a mobile phone to get a decent indication of how loud you are typically listening at your current listening position.

Room - you don't say how large or how the system is laid out.

If power is the issue your AVR has Pre Outs so simple enough to add one or more external power amps and relieve the AVR of some of the stress of driving eight loudspeakers.

AVR's don't control 'pitch' on a Mic - you require a different desk or some form of processor to undertake that trick.
