Nuvo P100 goes solid red .. everytime
ok So i have a Nuvo P100,
I have tried to get it connected to the group on the network with "NO" success.
SO .. here is what I have tried
Ethernet connected directly into my NUvo P100.
restart, wait . goes slow blinking white to slow blinking green , then solid RED..
Ethernet connected , restarted . press up= Down button to reset the unit.
starts white ( press the up=down Button) immidiatly goes to slow green .. then goes solid red
Ethernet connected , downloaded the TLVupdate from Legrand on usb drive .
with unit off , inserted USb , turned on and let it attempt to manually upgrade.
starts up white , then few blinks goes Green .. ( USB is flashing active) stays slow blink green then goes solid RED.
I have tried these several times each as well.
The odd thing is the unit will not grab an IP , I have been monitoring the IPs and it has full activity. I have reset two other P100 with the ethernet connection so I know it works.
any idea how to log into this unit at a more granular level to fix this.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I believe it may be really old firmware but cant say with no eyes inside the unit.
