LINSN LED sender and reciever cards. Please help if you can!

Okay, I am running DVI into a LINSN TS802D sender card. From the sender card through Ethernet to a LINSN RV908M32 led reciever card. The reciever has 4 16 pin IDC cables going to a small module of 2x4 P10 panels.

Everything seems to be working fine other than a glitch I get when images/video moves up and down on the screen.

It is a total resolution of 64x64 pixels but it seems to want to crap a lot more data into the verticle area of the module. I will post a picture of a test screen that I sized to cover the whole module and how it is far to tall to fit into 64 pixels.

I am using LED Studio software to set up the cards but for some reason no matter what settings I input, whenever I push it to the reciever card the screen completely glitches out.

I would love any advice I could get on what may be the problem.

Thanks in advance!

Here are links to a video of the glitch and the image of the size it's trying to be.
