Connection options on TV with no headphone jack

My TV (LG 32LN5300) doesn't have a jack for a headphone, but I want to connect my headphones to it. It has a bunch of outputs on the back (see attached spec sheet for connection options), including optical connections. Any advice on how I can do that?

You need a DAC/amp - the DAC to convert the optical to analog and the amp to drive the headphones. Prices vary - you can get cheap ones designed for games for $20 or less, or spend over $2000 for it.

I loooked up your set and it doesn't have RCA audio output but has digital optical output (Toslink). This digital to analog converter should work along with the splitter you have:
