Need some clarity

I recently bought a Vizio 55" TV. I am wanting a set of wireless headphones. The 2.4ghz wireless seem to be the best choice. I am considering these:

Avantree HT4189 Wireless Headphones. Sorry about no link as I am newbie.

Here is the thing, I would also like to use the headphones for music listening on my desktop PC. My understanding is I would need Bluetooth for my PC but Bluetooth would not be acceptable for my TV due to latency issues. Am I understanding this correct? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I use bluetooth with my LG oled TV. I only notice latency issues using the TV's netflix app. For the cable box or a disc I don't notice it. I also have the ability to use a wired connection. If latency worries you or you are overly sensitive to it, I'd try that. I have a Grado 15 ft headphone extension cord that can go anywhere in the living room. I use an optical out from the TV to the AVR, and then use the AVR headphone jack.

This is what Avantree says

Wireless transmitter:

* Audio codec: aptX-LL, aptX, Fast Stream, SBC
* Operating Range: Up to 30 meters

Wireless headphones:
* Audio codec: Fast stream, SBC

"Fast stream" has a latency as low as aptx-LL
They also say "Audio delay for Fast stream codec is almost the same as aptX LOW Latency codec, but the audio quality of the aptX LOW Latency codec is much better."
This is because is is basically for voice communication. So you won't have lipsync issues but at the expense of sound quality.

The fastest solution is of course a wired one.
The best wireless is a Bluetooth sender and a sink (the headphone) both supporting aptx-LL (low latency) to avoid lip sync issues
