Most Comfy Sub $100 headphones?

I want a nice set of comfy headphones that have a neutral sound that aren't biased, for say the base end, nor color by amplifying certain ranges the speakers can't handle.
My situation:
I want to get a digital piano to replace my acoustic baby grand. The neighbor comes home at odd hours from work, so is rarely here. While playing the piano I don't hear him come home which is random. He pounds on my wall even if it's in the morning or middle of the afternoon if he's home.
So now I reluctantly have to get rid of my baby grand for a digital.
My requirements are over the ear to isolate the sound so my kids don't bother me. I also want the best comfort with my secondary requirement being sound. Looks, style, nor brand are important to me.
I narrowed it down after a few hours of research to the Shure SRH440. Another requirement is there can be no leather, faux leather is fine as long as it's still comfortable wearing several hours at a time.
Would those work? Or is there something else? I liked the Sony MDR-V6 until I read and watched reviews how they bias to particular frequencies meant for sound mixing.
All help is appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like there's really nothing in my price range, except if I up it to the Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 80 Ohm, which are ~$140, but that's the absolute max I'm willing to spend. These seem to fit all my requirements except the driver isn't neutral and boosts the highs. But they looked so comfy! Thumbs down

The AKG Pro Audio K271 MKII looks like it may be a contender, but the headband doesn't look as padded as the others. Other than that, these look super close.

Possibly the Pioneer HRM-5?

I really liked the CB1 until I watched a review and their sound stage was said to be horrible. The treble not being the greatest isn't a problem since I have hearing loss of about ~50db at 8000k, and can hear nothing past ~11,800k anyway.

I'll take a look at the k550s.

Thanks!

Would the K553 be the same as the K550 because AKG discontinued that one, and if I were to test it out, at Guitar Center, your suggestion wouldn't be on demo.

The brainwavz angled pleather pads should improve staging, treble performance, be more comfortable and last longer. They do all that with my Audeze Mobius as well.

k553 is the same for the most part if you can demo one. I see used k550s go on ebay for $70. the k271 isnt that great.

Those pads look interesting. I like the feel of velour better, but don't like they don't have enough support. How are their hybrids which would potentially give the best of both worlds?

The velours dont isolate(block sound) at all, and the hybrids arent much better. Im not really a fan of brainwavz velour material anyway. Dekoni on the other hand makes fantastic velour very comfortable, but again if you need to block sound stick with the pleathers.
