Finding the right pair of Bluetooth Headphones

I need help finding some Bluetooth headphones and the last pair I was using would skip out on the music ever so often on my IPhone 6 and skipped using the noise canceling also and I am looking for a pair that is under 100 dollars and has noise canceling and connects by Bluetooth. What do you recommend

In ear, on ear, or over ear? Music preference, sound signature preference, i.e., bassy, natural, or boosted treble?

what do you need the noise cancelling for? for very good noise cancelling you usually need to go up to the sony and bose, you may be able to find used or refurbed pairs for under 100

If you wanted stupid recommendations then say so. If you want intelligent recommendations then people will see your post, decide they cannot contribute anyone useful and close it. Others are reading because they may have the same question and see what people have responded.

Lots of reasonable reasons why people view a thread but not comment.

Most ANC headphones under 100 bones don't fare too well at this feature. One headphone I have tried that actually does ANC fairly well for a low price is the MPow H12. The headphones actually sound a little better with ANC on, which is usually not the case for budget headphones. These go for around $40 on Amazon and I would recommend them. The negatives, which you know there have to be some, would be they don't go as loud as some similar headphones and the bass isn't the strongest. I've yet to have any Bluetooth issues with the H12, but I use an Android phone.

I would ignore ANC at that price point. Go with a pair of AKG YT50BT. I use these on flights every week. No issues with plane noise or crying babies.

https://www.whathifi.com/akg/y50bt/review

They are on-ear, comfy for about 3 hrs and then a little less so for the rest if you’re on a long stretch, but I have small ears so depending on fit, you mind find them comfy for longer.

Music sounds great, movies sound unreal. Good balance of clarity and bass, not clinical at all and not muddy.

Main 7.1 HT: Dali Zensor (7s, Vokal, and 1s), Emotiva E2s, HSU ULS-15 MK2, Emotiva BasX preamp/amps (MC-700, A-300, A-500)
Kid’s 5.1 HT: Dali Oberon (5s, Vokal), RSL C34Es, HSU VTF-2 MK5, Denon X2400H
7-Zone CCA/Spotify WHA: Paradigm (E-80Rs x6, P-80SM), Def Tech AW6500s, Polk MC-80, Emotiva BasX amps (A-700, A-500), FiiO D3 DACs
