BT Earbuds / TV Lip Sync Issue

I have a Boltune BT Transmitter with Optical connect; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and I have these BT Earbubs; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

When I connect the earbuds to Netflix on phone there is no lip sync, and, when I connect them directly to the LG OLED65B7A.AUS TV with it's internal Blue Tooth there is no lip sync. So the earbuds seem to function well as far as no lipsync. But the problem is; I need to connect two of these earbuds so two can watch TV. The TV doesn't allow two BT devices at same time, nor does it allow internal speakers to function when a bluetooth device is connected. It does allow internal and when transmitter is connected via Optical.

So, It seems the BT Transmitter is the possible issue, I need to know if there is a better BT Transmitter where two earbuds can be connected to a TV with zero lipsync issue?

You can go to Aptx.com and get a list of transmitters. Even filter it down by Aptx-Low-Latency if your earbuds have that.
