In Ear fit of wireless earbuds

I am an average sized bloke, however, I find a great deal of difficulty finding in ear headphones/buds that fit me.
The problem is that my ear canals are quite narrow and therefore almost all devices I buy do not fit in my ears, even if I use the smallest available ear tips.
The last decent fit for my ears was a pair of wired Klipsch R6m using their smallest ear tips. https://www.klipsch.com/products/r6m
The problem is exacerbated in that there appears to be no industry standard for ear tips. Many new wireless earbuds start off quite large even b4 the ear tips are fitted. I guess this is the downside of hardware that gives the best possible audio reproduction. But all that for me is to no avail when I cannot fit them in my ears!

Any suggestions of which manufacturers cater to "small" ear canal people like me?
