SHP9500 vs X2HR for TV with Roku

I currently have but am replacing, Sennheiser HD120 wireless headphones for TV.

I am going to be using these exclusively for watching TV, Shows, Movies, Youtube, etc plugged into my Roku remote.

Both are on sale right now, these are my main two choices.

Which one would be better for the price and performance?

I would spring for the Fidelio X2HR. The SHP9500 really doesn't offer much bass capability. The X2HR would offer a more complete sound for movies and such.
