Dolby Atmos with Headphones for Movies

Hey there, does anyone know of the best way to get Dolby Atmos through headphones when watching movies?

I'm looking for a hardware solution and not windows software (Dolby Access) because my film streaming is done on an Nvidia Shield or Atmos-supported LG smart TV.

Thanks.

Forgot to mention, ideally under £1000 GBP is what I'm looking for. The Smyth Realiser A16 is far too expensive for me to afford.

Sorry, no one makes such a device at that price point. The only alternative to the A16 is a PC based solution.
