Regarding the recent snafu with playback on the Amazon Prime Video app, it appears from an email I received today that Amazon is proactively granting a universal credit of $12.99 in recognition of the service glitch:
We recently learned that you may have had an issue with viewing titles through Prime Video on your Nvidia device between March 30, 2020 and May 4, 2020. This was due to a technical error that is now resolved.
In an effort to compensate you for the inconvenience, we have applied a $12.99 credit to your account for use towards your next Amazon.com order.
