Firestick 4k Color Depth and Format settings

I purchased a Samsung 65inch NU8000 and the new Firestick 4k. In the settings of the fire stick is Color depth and format. The Depth gives an option of 8,10 or 12bit and format options are RGB or YCbCr. 8 bit and RGB are the defaults. Has anyone experiment with these settings? Should I change them for this TV?

Short answer- try out each setting and compare...

Thanks Rgb, I will try that. I'm also hoping others will chime in that has a 4k UHD TV and has changed these settings on the Firestick 4k.

I Know what you meant- if others have settings they found optimal already and/or have specific settings they like best on a similar TV

Report back what looks best to you.

I have the 82" NU8000 with the Firestick 4k. I run 12 bit YCbCr. Looks great. BUT if I remember correctly, it will look off until you reboot. Reds were super pushed.

Thank you Ace, I tried different settings and it seems YCbCr and 12bit are the settings I picked as well.
