Streaming HDR content via 1080p HDR projector question

Hey everyone, I finally got my optoma hd27hdr projector up and running at the 1080p 120hz and 12bit HDR signal working for gaming which has been pretty sweet so far. No I was curious about streaming in hdr, I have the Netflix app on my windows 10, and I noticed when I play certain movies that would normally be HDR tagged on my Sony 4K TV only shows up as HD because of the resolution. My Windows 10 HDR feature is on in the desktop settings, but I was just curious if I want to stream HDR content if I actually have to up my resolution to the 4K signal for the HDR to pop up or if it'll run under the 1080p resolution with hdr on?

Good news I figured it out, turns out there's a Windows forum for troubleshooting HDR streaming content, and that I needed to install a codec , something called hevc or something , and Bam the HDR tags are working on the Netflix app! 👍👍👍👍👍
