Roku/TV App Question

So this message is for anyone that has a Roku TV like a TCL R617..etc. The Roku app that you download to your android or iPhone has expert settings to control some more features on the tv. Now whenever I am watching something in HDR or DV if you go into your app while HDR or DV is engaged check your picture settings under expert settings in the app. The picture mode when HDR or DV is engaged goes to "Low Power" mode. This shouldn't be. This is an app problem. When HDR or DV is engaged on your Tv then in your app under picture mode it should say HDR(Dark, Normal or Bright) same for DV. Does anyone see under picture mode in your app while HDR or DV is engaged does it say LOW POWER or does it say HDR (Dark, Normal, Bright) Anyone can answer this for me? Roku is checking this for me and it seems like it's an app problem. Thanks
