List of 3D movies to remux with Atmos track from 2D Blu Ray

I am going to make a list here of 3D movies that don’t have atmos but come with a 2D blu-ray that does for anyone else that may want it.

To learn more about remuxing click this link :

https://www.avsforum.com/forum/39-ne...y-quality.html

I am slowly going though and remuxing my collection and will add more as I get to them. Feel free to suggest others to add and I will edit this list. If you know that a particular title needs a delay let me know also. I added the delay settings I used next to each title. They may vary depending on equipment. I am very sensitive to lip-sync issues.

Aquaman
Detective Pikachu
Fantastic Beasts and Where to find Them
Fantastic Beasts the crimes of Grindlewald
Godzilla King of Monsters (1000ms delay needed)
Gravity (need special edition disc) (100ms delay)
Great Wall (UK import)
Justice League
King Arthur Legend of the Sword
Kong Skull Island
LEGO Batman Movie
LEGO Movie the Second Part
LEGO Ninja Go
The Meg
Pixels
Ready Player One
Shazam!
Tomb Raider
Wonder Women

Nice idea.

List of 3D titles I have remuxed myself with Atmos:

King Arthur Legend of the Sword
Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice
Everest
Legend of Tarzan
Terminator Genisys
Jupiter Ascending
Great Wall
Gravity
Life

3D titles that have DTS:X on 2D (never tried to remux DTS:X into 3D):

Oblivion
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: parts 1 & 2

Is it me?
When clicking your link, I'm not taken somewhere were there's something to learn about remuxing.

It’s not you, it’s me 😀

I incorrectly copied the link that takes you to the end of the correct thread. I just fixed these link so it takes you to the beginning of the thread that discusses how to remux for Fantastic Beasts.

You beat me to it, I edited my first post

Edit: Not having read your remuxing thread, but did you also include the tsMuxer way to remux into 3D BD-iso? For people having players that don't support 3D MKV(MVC).

Hi - that is not my thread. I just figured out how to do this last night!

I use DVDFab to rip the movies to MKV and then MKVToolNix to remux the audio. I think that thread does talk about several different ways to rip and remux.

I use the Zidoo Z9S player which has worked great so far. I also tried the remuxed files on my Mede8er 1000 with great success.

Oblivion had a 3D release?

My Batman v Superman already has Atmos on the 3D disk.

I don’t think the following had 3D releases;

Oblivion
Great Wall
Life

My Jupiter ascending 3D already has Atmos on it - but it was from the UK. My Everest 3D, Tarzan 3D, Terminator Genisys 3D and Batman v Superman 3D movies already have Atmos.

Oblivion and Life aren't released officially, my guess. But they do exist in 3D. Source unknown. I have these and I just browsed my own list.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

As for the Great Wall: https://www.amazon.com/Great-Wall-Bl...vies-tv&sr=1-2

For both 3D movies and their 2D release without a Dolby Atmos or DTS:X track, I can imagine that maybe their UHD-BD release can have such a track.
Maybe you want to add the titles to the list, mentioning that the 3D audio track is available on UHD-BD?

FYI There are a few titles that carry Auro 3D sound, but I doubt if it's worth mentioning them.

Thanks - I will check out the Great Wall 3D.

Can you PM me about where to get oblivion and life in 3D? Oblivion is one of my all time favorite movies.

I may make another thread about ripping UHD atmos for 3D blu rays. I am thinking about doing this next as I have competed all of my regular blu rays. Not sure if it will be worth it to buy a UHD drive and additional software.

I removed Alita Battle Angel from the list as only the UHD disk has Atmos.
