How to fix Amazon Fire TV low on storage?

My amazon fire tv is crying it is low on storage.

I tried clearing cache and stuff but still get the same message. I'd like to get this down to the bare essentials of APPs for the channels & services I use with my FireTV.
IE: ATTNow, Netflix, Youtube, FireFox, and channels:

ABC, Animal Planet, BBC America, CBS, Comedy Central, Destination America, Discovery Family, Discovery, Discovery Life, DIY, ESPN, ESPN2, FOOD Net, FOX,
FXM, FX, FXX, FYI, HGTV, History, IFC, NAT GEO Wild, NAT GEO, NBCSN, NBC, PBS, REELZ, SCI, Sportsman CH, SundanceTV, TBS, TCM, TLC, TNT
Plus a few over the air antenna channels with APPs.

Is it possible to remove Amazon specific Apps (Music, Photos, Chop, etc)??

Is this an easy fix, or would I need to do a factory reset?

I have gone through all the apps to force stop, clear cache, clear history. While doing that I uninstalled the non-used apps. I even removed those apps from my Amazon account online. I restarted my box.

After all that my FireTV box is still showing: Internal Space 1.14 GB of 5.60 GB free.

If I do a factory reset, I know my apps will be removed from the box. But will they still show in my Amazon account online?
