Looking for best Android TV streamer that will give Oppo 203 quality PQ

I have been an Oppo owner for years. My Oppo 203 never sees any physical media as I rip all my discs (DVD, BD, UHD, DVD-A). While my 77C9 OLED and 2019 Shield Pro do a reasonabgood job on upscaling, they just can’t get to where the Oppo 203 is especially on less than optimal sources. I have been searching through all these alternate Android TV based device threads, but not sure I can find anything that matches the flexibility and options of the 2019 Shield Pro with the PQ of the Oppo. From what I can tell a few have really great PQ, but don’t either support DV or some of the audio options if I read the respective threads correctly. Others have some app support limitations. I wish Nvidia would design say a Premium Ulta model that would just blow all the others away, but don’t see that ever happening.

Am I searching for a unicorn?

Thanks, Already have a ATV4K and not a fan of the audio limitations.

Yes.. it’s an issue for the audiophiles. I personally am
Ok with it because it doesn’t sound different to me ...

The latest rage is amlogic devices with CoreElec (linux based Kodi player)
You can get an odroid n and flash CoreElec on it.. you get bitstreaming it’s got a pretty good upscaler as well.

Thanks, I have been eyeing that. I will keep my Shield for most streaming services, and going the Dedicated Kodi/CoreElec path makes sense for my critical viewing.
