I don't see it on my 9500 in the LG store. It was there on my 9300 though, which I don't need it on, but I did test it.
You have to set up a new client on your genie, then go into the app on the TV and sync them. You may have to call DirecTV to activate it.
I hope it becomes available soon on my 9500 as I want to see what 4k is offered.
