A very fine, high quality microfiber cloth is best. Distilled water if needed. Tap water may leave mineral deposits on your screen.

I wouldn't recommend this. There's really no need for any chemicals. Distilled water cleans well enough in most cases.

This is wired. I myself from Saudi Arabia and I bought C6 from USA, and I am receiving North America update. Is your model B6P? My understanding that North America models end by P.

Did you try using the hdmi cord that came with the PS4 Pro? That usually fixes the handshake issue.

Very interesting. Can you tell me if you are getting the middle eastern app store?

For me, I have only access to NA app store.

Sure, I did try that. Actually, I was initially using the HDMI cable that came with my PS4 Pro. I also tried different HDMI cables with no luck. I am not encountering this issue with my other devices that are connected to the TV including Xbox One S.

Try a different hdmi port and see if that works. What do you have your PS4 pro's video output settings set at? These should be:

Resolution - 3840x2160 - 60Hz
Color format - RGB
HDR on you tv - 4K/2K supported
Hdcp - 2.2

Does the change to the Amazon HDR mode only affect the WebOS app or any Amazon Video app with HDR that is transmitted to the B6 over HDMI?

There's no way for the TV to know if an HDR signal coming from HDMi is amazon or not...

Is there any indication that the latest firmware update from Korea fixed the issue where audio is delayed when using HDMI ARC/optical out (audio lags behind video)?

I'm experiencing this issue and am considering selling the TV if this isn't addressed.

I have a LG 55B6 and a LG 65C7 TV and only the 55B6 has problems playing some 4k movies (mkv format) from my Plex server. It doesn't matter if I'm using the app XPlay (unofficial Plex player for webOS) or the internal player. It always says that the format in not being support. This only happens with some 4k movies - not all of them.

The 65C7, however, can play ALL 4k movies without a problem. Does anybody else have problems playing 4k movies on the B6 (internal player or Plex) or is there another issue with my TV?

This is the official response to me about Youtube HDR in C6 from LG support on February.

Quote:
I can confirm that HDR content will be supported on Youtube shortly, however at this time we have no promised release date. To my knowledge, this feature is being released onto other brands first, and eventually it will be rolled out to our models. I can only thank you for your patience and co-operation at this time. Please do keep an eye out for any application updates, as it will be released soon.
I guess the more we ask LG about Youtube HDR in C6, the sooner we'll get it.

The reason people think it won't be supported is the lack of a hardware decoder for the video format, but I've said before those things can always be done in software. You don't need a hardware decoder.
