Oled picture is just brilliant. Looking to upgrade to OLED soon but the dark HDR Game mode bothers me

Yup, 65B6P

I've got a Ton more but they are all mixed up with my JVC photos (at 120") and I can barely tell them apart now

Last year I was running out of free storage space on my freebie photobucket account,
So I paid and extra $40 to upgrade my account to the next level up, apparently its good for 3rd party hosting until my 1 year anniversary (in March 2018).

No way I'm paying $500 when that runs out, so I may setup a dedicated server before my current deal expires.

couple more from last night...

Half & Half (JVC/OLED) with powered 120" screen partially dropped

The JVC in 120" HDR Glory

Spoiler!

I just got a new Oppo 203 on Friday for Dolby Vision (and SACD/CD's) on my OLED and was putting it through the paces on the 65" OLED.
Because my AVR is a 2015 Yamaha (RX-A3050) it won't be getting a DV FW update , so the Oppo is connected HDMI direct to the TV for video,
and the HDMI Audio out to the AVR for ATMOS/DTS:X.

No connection from the Oppo to the JVC at all, which is fine because no HT Projectors can playback DV anyway, (plays as HDR-10)
My Panasonic UB900 is the best match for JVC projectors, so I'm happy to have the best of both worlds now.

DV looks Freaking AMAZING on the OLED.
It's so bright and the colors just pop,
but my camera/phone just doesn't seem to capture what my eyes see in person.

Transformers; The Last Knight 4K in Dolby Vision on the 65" OLED

This particular scene looks stunning in person, almost 3D ...almost hate posting the pic because it just looks flat and lifeless in comparison...

4K/DV Despicable Me (1&2) look Great too, I'll post a few more later this week...

My room is quite dark with no natural light,
with very dim accent lighting, so I prefer my OLED on its lower brightness settings for HDR/DV
So if my whites are not scorching you're retinas in these pics, it's setup that way so I don't burn mine

Current 4K/DV titles I have, next week adding Spider-Man Homecoming and next month is Valerian and Atomic Blonde

List of 4K's with Dolby Vision here:

Fate of the Furious

camera/phone has a bit of a weird red/orange push on skin tones sometimes

Despicable Me 2

No pause in menu, so a bit blurry
These scenes are a Hoot in 3D!
