All pictures with ISF dark; OLED-light: 40; Contrast:85; Light: 50: Gamma: BT.1886 and 5% slide (except ALGO_0 was 10%).

In critical film scenes not noticeable. Maybe the november TVs are better?

Did you try Marco Polo?

Yes tried it you can see the screenshoot - but if you give me a timeframe I can do other screenshoots too

Problem with the internal grey is that you have every time the menu in the lower left edge so photo is not correct with lighting

I may be back to my zt60 65" in a week

At least we danced the oled dance. She may have had herpes, and she was occasionally smoking hot, but she was no woman to raise a family with.

It may be that your Netflix plan is not a 4K plan which is why you see those low res like artifacts.

I posted almost the exact same image, with similar lo-res artifacts earlier in this thread. I upgraded to a 4k Amazon Fire TV (I was previously using an HD Fire Stick) and it went away. I'm not sure why that fixed the problem, but it did. It's definitely not the TV.

yes -we sure did. but as turned out she got some ugly secrets behind the smoking hot looks, i wish i still had my 65" VT60 which i have regrettably prior to buying the oled but the pioneer kuro 5090h will do for now, untill i see next year whats going to bring.

I also sold my ZT60 off in 2014 (the IR proclivity drove me batty). If only I knew then what I know now...still, I'm gonna savor the 3D on this present beast (with which I'm stuck), as well as high-contrast content, most of which looks nearly perfect.

I sold my Panasonic 50GT60 before getting this (to my parents-in-law) so going back is no option but not sure I would be willing to do so either. Sure, the tinting bothers me but then again I get amazing blacks, fantastic gaming performance and 4K + HDR as a plus. So it still feels like an upgrade. I'm am now waiting for the serial nr for my replacement to see if it's a recent production line, if so then I'll swap.

Iam not saying it's not an upgrade , and if it wasn,t then i woudn,t have bought it in the first place, but at this price point and for what should be (premium quality) these faults to this level is absolutely unacceptable!

if you don't see a problem, then there's no need to look for one

What was OLED light set at, in the shots you posted?

I returned my 65" B7s (I tried two) and went the complete other direction and got the cheap-o TCL 55p607 FALD LED-LCD to wait out a year or two (or three?) for OLED to mature. The viewing angles are much worse, as is the motion, and color depth. There are even some slight white intensity uniformity issues. But every pixel is the same color/temperature... and for some reason those other issues distract me far less compared to OLED, and I find myself just enjoying the content. The color uniformity issues were far more distracting to me on the OLED compared to the drawbacks of LCD (which honestly surprised me).

Black-levels on this LCD are surprisingly good when viewed on-angle (of course it goes to crap when off-angle). And let's not forget about that price. For anyone else looking for a cheap "OLED lifeboat", I recommend checking this panel out.

Calibration Equipment:
Meters: X-rite i1 Pro 2, X-rite i1 Display Pro
Software: Spectracal Calman DIY, ControlCAL

Enjoy the set and don't come back on this thread as it'll just give you BAS - banding anxiety syndrome

BAS is real, I'm on my 2nd set, my first had the yellow tint issue but banding was darn good. This 2nd set makes me cringe when a dark scene comes up in a show or movie, will it show it, will it not. 9 times out of 10 I see a huge dark box that covers a foot right smack in the middle of the screen. Hoping 3rd time is the charm otherwise I'm throwing in the towel.

What do you think guys? Is this considered a good panel or not? After using it for a while now I have to say that in some dark/greyish scenes I can see the banding, apart from that I never notice it. But in short, yeah banding is there.

Is it already clear if the banding decreases over time or it stays the same?

Usage: approx 10 hours of gaming, 15 hours of Netlix 3-4 comp cycles (no forced manual ones)

First three images:
ISF Bright (Oled 80, Contrast 85, Gamma 2.2)

Last three images:
ISF Dark (Oled light 40, Contrast 85, Gamma BT.1886)

Sorry for not using the standard settings in first post, made the pictures after I read about that.

So far I haven't noticed any yellow tint on the left side, but mine actually has on the top bar However, that I'm willing to live with. It's the banding that's making me doubt if I should keep it or not.

No tinting on the left, but like I said I have some across the top of my screen. No idea what build I have, but first three digits is 711.

Yours is a November build. The 11 at the end means November.

For anyone else looking for a cheap "OLED lifeboat", I recommend checking this panel out.
wise decision my friend! i was lucky to have found the pioneer kuro 5090h for sell , so that i can use it in the meanwhile , but if i didn,t, then i would have just bought a cheap lcd and just wait untill these oled issues gets sorted, or at least to an ecceptable level
