LG OLED B6 PC Settings

Hello, i'm using my B6 OLED as a PC monitor also. i have a GTX1080Ti connected via HDMI

Currently i'm using RGB FULL 8Bit via Nvidia control panel.

When i try to use ycbcr422 10Bit Limited it doesn't look as sharp as RGB Full, idk seems like worse quality but it appears to be the only way to use HDR on Win10, ycbcr420 makes the text have this weird red tint behind it, same thing with ycbcr444.

Also if i use RGB FULL 8Bit isnt HDR supported games supposed to automatically switch to HDR when i'm playing them in full screen?

i was playing Mass Effect Andromeda and its HDR but the PC never swiched to HDR?

I'm confused here, help please.

RGB Full is the correct setting, but the latest Nvidia drivers aren't playing nice with HDR. You can roll back to the game ready driver that released for Mass Effect, and HDR will work correctly. I did this recently and then updated my driver after I finished the game. Just look for GeForce Game Ready 378.92 driver on this page:

Thank you so much Guys! you both were spot on.

I switched back to 378.92 drivers and set nvidia to RGB Full 8bits. Now when playing certain games HDR will automatically enable.
