Sony oled AF8 compensation cycle

hi guys, I have read that lg oled compensation cycle starts when you close the tv after 4 hours of cumulative use.
for sony I haven't find something similar, is it the same?

It does the same thing, although I believe LG starts it shortly after you turn the TV off while Sony tends to wait something like 45 minutes to an hour after the TV is turned off before doing the compensation cycle.

Just claims on this forum, mainly for the A1E. I find claims of a 10 minute delay, 4 hour delay (that one doesn't seem plausible though), 40 minute delay. I don't know if anyone has actually ever tried to measure the power consumption and timing it to see when it does what, and when it clicks as part of turning on and off for the cycle. But multiple people seem to have claimed the Sony at least waits a little bit of time before starting and LG starts right away after the TV is turned off. Of course they could all be wrong.
