From middle of wave guide it's 20.5" to bottom of speaker, so 16" stands should put the WG about 37" ear height.

Thanks blaza. Has anyone sat these bad boys ontop of subwoofer enclosures with rubber feet?? And if so have you run into any issues?? I plan on getting an AT(acoustic transparent) screen and i have two options. Set them ontop of the subs or set them next to the subs and build stands for them.

The subs are 17" wide. So if i sat them long ways ....17" + 20.5" = 37.5" height give or take an inch or two with rubber feet. I guess im just afraid with all the bass theyll fall off the enclosure or something.

You mean like this?:

No issues at all

Also mine are slightly above ear level with my subs being 24" tall. But makes no difference in how awesome it sounds

Yes exactly like that. Sweet!! Thanks. Very nice setup by the way. If you dont mind me asking what are you using to power them. I was looking at getting a Berhinger A500 to power both for the meantime then eventually get another and have each one bridged...so one for each. 3 -1099's 3-behringer a500.

For the left and right an Emo Xpa-100 for the center one channel of the Xpa-5. Both major major overkill. But I had them from before and I'm not seling them

Nice...im still up against the fence about getting a refurb marantz or new yamaha. I want something with preouts and a good processor. But i would like something that will last 5 years tech wise. I dont have a large rooms like some of the members but i like OVERKILL. 😎
