3 1099 boards needed

Matt,
Erich directed me towards you for crossover boards for my 1099s that I'm currently building. Thought I'd be done this weekend, but I didn't think about the board. Could you help me? I'll assemble, I just need the boards. I would need 3 of them. Can you email me at [email protected]? Thanks!

Does the Fusion 15 V2 board still work with the most current version of the crossover? I'm interested in buying, but don't have enough posts to send a PM.

Yes the Fusion-15 board does work with the newest crossover. There are two small modifications that need to be made, one is to jumper two pads together where there is no longer a part across them. The other is a small cap that gets soldered across one of the inductors where there was none before. Otherwise everything else drops in.

I know it was like a year ago that you posted this, but wanted to say thanks. Just got my 1099 kits and the wiring is the part that scares me the most. Having mtg build my crossovers, but still wasnt confident in how to complete the wiring from there.

Do you just use regular speaker wire to make the connections?

Thank you for your creativeness and skill. All of the DIY crowd is awesome, but the guys that land on the edge and really innovate truly remind/restore my faith in humanity... I know how that sounds... And it's only my opinion... But damn it in a world of takers a few honest makers make me feel not so alone.. <whimsical pre coffee ramble> set to off.

Sorry for the delay to respond, I know many of you have PM'ed me or are waiting for a PM about the crossover boards. I am trying to catch up on them this week.

I need to note that there will be a price increase on the 893 and 1099 boards (and assembled fee) when I run out of my current stock (only 12-15 1099 boards left, only 2 893 boards). The supplier I had been using for the blank boards was selling surplus PCB material at a very good price and has finally run out. The new boards will end up costing $3 more (now $18 / $28 for assembly).

Anyone who has recently contacted me or posted asking about 1099 or 893 boards before this post and has not heard back yet will be able to get the boards at the old price.

I am currently waiting delivery of the new PCB material (was special order and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation) so there may be some delay before I can get 893 or 1099 boards out once I go through my remaining stock of the old material.

At some point the price of the other boards will also increase a little bit as well but I still have more of the older material in the smaller board sizes.

The 1299 boards when designed will end up costing $18 as they will have to use the new material as well.
Nexgen76 and Bagua like this.

Crossover Assembly Services & Custom Crossover Boards for DIYSG Kits

The guarantee of the boards working and not having to pull your hair out trying to figure out the schematics is worth the 3 dollar increase.
Also When buying the boards and being able to plug and play is nice. Just saying
