Can I use HDhomerun just for one tv?

I don’t need to stream to another tv.
All I want to do is connect my OTA antenna to the HDhomerun, and use the Channels app on my Apple TV 4K to be able to see a program guide comprised of OTA channels and PS Vue.
Will this work?
Thanks!
Len

I do know the HDHomerun won't connect directly to any TV, the only output is an Ethernet connector. So, it will need to be run directly into your home router. From there your Apple TV can connect via WiFi or Ethernet to the router.

I'm not certain if that is exactly what you were asking about, sorry. Both HDHomerun and Channels have fairly good forums, that might give a better answer, and there is occasionally activity here in the Network Streaming section.

You're in the section for standalone recorders. You might have better luck asking or searching in our streaming or HTPC sections.

Walking the fine line between jaw-dropping and a plain ol' yawn.
