Like I said. I cheated like a muddyfoyer. Even cheating I had to cross-reference three clues to finally get back to Crimson Rivers.

And you know what I learned along the way? Jean Reno is not French. He's Spanish. He moved to France after high school. Go figure.

Just keep talkin'. I'll let you know when you're right.

It helps to have watched all of the Bonds recently, though that wasn't necessary for this one. Rigg's matador outfit and the convertible XR7 are unmistakable.

Wrong decade, I'm afraid. Two later much-beloved directors "teamed up" on this movie. One was married to the actress in the photo.

I could only find one movie with two directors, Robbers' Roost, and that was a western. So if that is it, I can only surmise that lady is churning butter. smile.gif

Sorry for the confusion with "teamed up". Only one was the director. The other was screenwriter for this movie, but went on to direct 14 of his own movies.

This thread makes me feel so inadequate.frown.gif Used to be I'd feel bad about not having read so many of the Great Books. Now this thread reminds me of how many older movies I've missed as well. Where does everyone find the time?
