Watched "Ready Player One" last night. Didn't think I would like it but it was a Spielberg film so gave it a chance.
Good movie, quite original and insane special effects but there was a story there.

Yeah, I wasn't too sure about this movie but figured I'd give it a try...

Congratulations on your new projector! I am waiting for my LG oled 77" C8 the end of next week. Prices have really gone down.

I did like Ruby Rose in the Meg as well as her in John Wick II Chapter 2.
There is something quite cool about her.

Baywatch (2017) - Seth Gordon directs. Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron, Priyanka Chopra and Alexandra Daddario. Cameos by David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.

Watched streaming on iTunes. Popcorn movie, harmless summer fun in spite of its R rating, nationwide release on May 25, 2017. Turned a profit so of course we are being threatened with a sequel.

Caged (1950) Own DVD---DVD.Com---VUDU---iTUNES---Amazon Must rent or Buy. This film its so good.

https://www.amazon.com/Caged-Eleanor...sr=1-1-catcorr

An excellent example of Suspense-Film Noir and probably the best woman's prison film ever!

Brilliant performances by Eleanor Parker, Agnes Moorehead, and especially, Hope Emerson, as the prison matron... were all outstanding!! Parker & Emerson were Oscar nominated, and in a year (1950) which gave us, "All About Eve" , "Sunset Blvd", and others, that was no easy feat!!...Parkers beauty and innocence gave the film its sensitivity & vulnerability... Moorehead was also outstanding (as always) but Emerson defined the role of prison matron.. forever!!. Wow what a monster....!!! what a performance.. !! An excellent example of Suspense-Film Noir and probably the best woman's prison film ever!

When Worlds Collide (1951) - Rudolph Maté directs. George Pal produced. Richard Derr, Larry Keating, Barbara Rush, Peter Hansen, John Hoyt, Frank Cady and Hayden Rorke.

Streaming HD version on VUDU. Only available on DVD AFAIK. Philip Wylie/Edwin Balmer story was originally published in 1932, I read the paperback version as a teen when it was combined with its sequel After Worlds Collide. George Pal loved his science fiction although the science part is usually ignored.
